How do pre-orders work?

You will order and pay for the type and size of tree you need. During our exclusive shopping days, Monday, November 22nd - November 26th you’ll visit one of our three locations to choose your perfect tree. We’ve ordered over 2500 trees this year, so you’ll have plenty to choose from this year!

What if I do not want to take my tree home yet?

If you pre-pay online and visit one of our locations during our exclusive shopping week you can pick out your tree and we will care for it until you are ready to pick it up or you can even have us deliver it on your preferred day.

I do not want to visit the tree lot, can you just deliver the tree I’ve ordered?

Of course! We’ll pick out a beautiful tree of your specified type and height for you. We can deliver it on a date that works for you and set it up in your home on a stand.

What if I choose a tree that is taller than the one I paid for online?

You’ll be able to pay the difference at the tent location.

What if I choose a tree that is smaller than one I paid for online?
